Who I Help
Finding the right therapist matters. Therapy works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and able to be honest. Because of that, I think it’s a good thing there are many different therapists and approaches out there. Different people need different things.
Below are some of the people and concerns I commonly work with, along with a few areas of special interest. But if you’re not sure where you fit, that’s okay too. Reaching out is always welcome, and consultation calls are free. I’d be glad to talk through what’s going on, answer questions, and help you decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
And if I’m not the right fit, I’m always happy to help connect you with someone who may be.

Individual therapy is just one on one with you and me. It’s a space to work through how things are going. Some of the common issues people come with include:
Anxiety and overthinking
Burnout and emotional exhaustion
Stress and feeling overwhelmed
Grief and complicated loss
Relationship struggles and communication issues
Trauma and difficult past experiences
ADHD and executive functioning challenges
Perfectionism and self-criticism
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or emotionally numb
Life transitions and uncertainty
Boundaries and people-pleasing
Anger, frustration, or resentment
People will come with these ideas in mind. But a lot of times, there is just this awareness. That nagging feeling that something is just off. You may not even be able to name it.
Whether or not you can name it I would love to talk.Item description -
Identity - Belonging - Purpose.
I see these three ideas come up so much for teens and young adults.
Maybe you are having a hard time transitioning to the next school or job.
Maybe life just feels so lonely and you have no idea what to do.
Maybe you just have no idea how you fit into the world around you. The struggle can appear in a hundred different ways.
However you need help, I am here to show up to support you.

Relationships can be complicated. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, struggling to communicate, or simply trying to navigate a difficult time together, therapy can provide a space to slow down and work through it.
In family sessions, we focus on understanding one another better, improving communication, and creating healthier ways of relating to each other. I don’t take sides and it’s not about deciding who is right or wrong. But we work towards finding the best way forward for the relationship of the everyone involved.
